* Two
items of baggage can be put in the hold with a combined weight

20kg. A fee of 4 GBP per kg is charged for excess weight over

WHAT
YOU NEED TO KNOW
FARES
FLEXIBLE
FARES: A flexible fare can be changed, cancelled or
transferred
to another name or destination up to 2 hours prior to departure.
Date,
time and destination changes are subject to seat availability
and are
free of charge, providing there is no change in the fare. If
there
is however, you will need to pay the difference. If you cancel
a Flexible
fare, the whole amount can be placed into a credit account
that
can be used towards further flights with Go and is valid for 6
months
from the date of issue. Bookings cannot be made on the
Internet
using a credit account. This fare is non-refundable.
SAVER
FARES: This is a single fare. Dates and
times can be changed
at
least 5 days prior to departure, subject to seat availability. To
make
these changes you may be required to pay any difference in price.
Date
and time changes can be made up to two hours prior to departure
by
upgrading in full to our flexible fare, by paying the difference
in
price. Name and destination changes and cancellations can be made
up to 2
hours prior to departure by upgrading to our flexible fare
and
paying the difference in price. All of
these changes are subject
to a
fee of 25 GBP per person per part of the journey changed.
Therefore,
if you change both parts it will cost 50 GBP per person.
This
fare is non-refundable.
OFFER
FARES: This fare cannot be cancelled. It is non-refundable,
non-changeable
and non-transferable. Conditions
specific to the
offer

A 3 GBP
credit card fee will be levied if you pay by American
Express,
Mastercard, Diners or Visa. Different credit card fees apply
to each
country so prices may vary from the sterling equivalent.
Insurance
Surcharge: Inflated airline insurance premiums imposed on
all
carriers mean that Go regretfully has to levy passengers until
the
situation changes. The fee is 1.65 GBP for a single trip (
3.30
GBP return).
CONTRACT
TERMS
Your
itinerary/receipt and your boarding pass together constitute
your ticket
for all legal, regulatory and contractual purposes. The
ticket
together with the General Conditions of Carriage of Go (and
any
carriage regulations referred to in those General Conditions)
contains
all the contract terms to your flight with Go. A copy of
Go's
General Conditions of Carriage is available on request. No
agent,
employee or representative of Go has authority to make any
representation
which may affect the terms of Go's contract with you.
SPECIAL
ASSISTANCE
YOU
MUST INFORM GO OF ANY SPECIAL ASSISTANCE YOU NEED WHEN YOU BOOK
YOUR
JOURNEY BECAUSE CAPACITY IS LIMITED. IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO
BEFORE
CHECK-IN TIME GO MAY REFUSE TO ALLOW YOU TO BOARD. PLEASE CALL

DELAYS/CANCELLATIONS
Go
plans to carry you and your baggage on the dates and times shown
on your
itinerary/receipt. However the dates and times shown here, or
in any
timetable or elsewhere cannot be guaranteed and do not form
part of
your contract with Go. Flight schedules are subject to change
without
notice. If any significant change occurs Go will, if
possible,
attempt to contact you. Go takes no responsibility for you
making
onward connections during your journey.

You

as the confirmation number, otherwise you may not be accepted

YOUR

DOCUMENTS INTO HOLD BAGGAGE.
OVERBOOKING
Go makes
every effort to provide seats for people who have a
confirmed
reservation. Rarely, a seat may not be available on a
flight
for which a passenger has a confirmed reservation. Go will
compensate
passengers with confirmed reservations who are
unjustifiably
denied a seat. Further details are available on
request.
BAGGAGE
DELAY, LOSS OR DAMAGE
If your
baggage is delayed:
* Report it to Go's handling agent at the
airport of arrival, and
use the
phone number they give you to check on progress
* If your baggage is delayed more than 24
hours on your outbound
trip,
you can spend up to 25 GBP per day, for
a maximum of three
days,
on essential items. Please keep your
receipts and send them to
Go
Baggage Claims, 5 The Enterprise
Centre, Kelvin Lane, Crawley,
West
Sussex, RH10 9PT.
* If your bag is still missing after 5 days
you will need to write
to Go
Baggage Claims. Call 01293 426554 for details of what to submit.
If your
baggage is damaged:
* Report it to Go's handling agent at the
airport of arrival
* Write to Go Baggage Claims (address above)
within seven days of
making
your damage report. Call 01293 426554 for details of what you
need to
submit.
Go's
liability for loss of, or delay or damage to baggage is limited
to approximately 14 GBP per kg for checked
baggage and approximately
270 GBP
per passenger for unchecked
baggage.
COMPLIANCE
WITH (EC) 2027/97
In the event
of an accident resulting in the death or injury of a
passenger
whilst on a flight operated by Go, the amount of damages
payable
is not subject to any financial limit unless Go can prove
that
the damage was wholly or partly due to the negligence of the
deceased
or injured passenger.
For
damages in excess of approximately 85,000 GBP Go may be
exonerated
if Go can prove that Go and its agents had taken all
necessary
measures to avoid the damage or that it was impossible for
Go to
take such measures.
In the
event of hardship following an accident, Go will make prompt
advance
payments to the person entitled to compensation which, in the
event
of death, shall not be less than 13,000 GBP.
DATA
PROTECTION
Go is
registered under the 1998 UK Data Protection Act. We will send
you Go
news and offers. We will not pass your data to any third party
other
than our insurance provider where relevant. If you do not wish
